The party on the other end said it had a hollow sound like most all other speaker phones. I found the received speaker audio acceptable unlike a previous poster. Is this just another ploy to sell the product to create a demand for the software and accessories and then charge exorbitant prices when and if they do make it to market? Do they delay the availability so the users are forced into using the airwaves for up/ downloads to further profit the phone companies? Overall all I do like the product, but late to market and no support after it gets there detracts from its usability. No wonder Motorola is in a failure mode since late nineties. Can't save my directory to my PC, can't do direct picture downloads to the PC, can't get PC download ring tones, etc. If the phone goes up so does my directory list. No software available for the PC to Phone upload/ download! I like the product but find it a liability if you have an extensive phone directory list. Puts a product on the market before support items are available.
